A: Not at all! Yoga is for everyone—beginners and advanced alike. Flexibility will improve with regular practice.

A: Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small towel. If you don’t have a mat, we may have extras available—just ask!

A: Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Barefoot is best for yoga practice.
